Phnom Penh, Cambodia — The European Chamber of Commerce in Cambodia (EuroCham) will host an Agribusiness Committee Afterwork event aimed at strengthening collaboration and networking among professionals in Cambodia’s growing agribusiness sector.
The event, organized in cooperation with key agricultural organizations including the Cambodia Organic Agriculture Association (COAA), the Cashew Nut Association of Cambodia (CAC), and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), will bring together industry leaders, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders for an evening of discussion and connection.
The networking session will take place at Hops Central, providing a relaxed environment for participants to exchange ideas, explore partnerships, and discuss opportunities within Cambodia’s agribusiness landscape.
According to the organizers, the event is designed to encourage collaboration across the sector while highlighting the growing strength of Cambodia’s agribusiness community. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with professionals from various segments of the industry, including production, processing, trade, and agricultural innovation.
A key feature of the evening will be a Business Pitching Session, where entrepreneurs and innovators can present their products, services, or solutions directly to peers, committee leaders, and potential partners. The session aims to support new ideas and foster business development within the sector.
In addition to the pitching segment, the event will include an informal networking reception, allowing attendees to build relationships and explore future collaborations.
The Agribusiness Committee Afterwork is open to both EuroCham members and non-members, encouraging broad participation from Cambodia’s agribusiness ecosystem. As an added benefit, EuroCham members will receive a complimentary welcome drink during the event.
Silot Uon, President of CAC, says the gathering reflects a shared commitment among industry stakeholders to strengthen Cambodia’s agricultural value chains and support the continued development of the country’s agribusiness sector.
