Strategic Plan

  1. Training farmers to get more production yield and turn them from normal farmers to become agri-business farmers, increasing value added.
  2. Research and develop new cashew varieties that resistant to climate change
  3. Building up more Agriculture Cooperatives AC, and engaging AC and private sectors working together.
  4. Building up Communities warehouse, so that raw cashew nuts can be available the whole year in Cambodia
  5. Increasing more processing plants, so that Cambodia can gain more value-added from Cashew nuts.
  6. Transforming Kampong Thom province into a Cashew nut industrial zone for both Production and processing
  7. Help processors with food safety and develop new products for better packaging and marketing and seeking new markets. In particular, they can access to loan with favorable interest rate.
